User Roles

In the DeXe DAO Studio, users play distinct roles, each contributing to the overall functioning and governance of the DAO.

Validator

Validators serve a specific and optional role within the DAO structure. Their primary function is to confirm proposals that have successfully passed the initial voting phase, acting as a secondary layer of scrutiny to ensure that the proposal is not harmful to the DAO. Validators do not have unilateral power to execute transactions or withdraw funds from the treasury; all such actions require the consensus of the DAO. The inclusion of Validators is at the discretion of each DAO, and they can be added or removed based on the collective decision of the DAO members. Their presence is to reinforce trust and security in the decision-making process, without overriding the democratic principles of the DeXe Protocol.

Expert

Experts are individuals with specialized knowledge in a particular domain, be it finance, technology, marketing, or any other field relevant to the DAO's operations. Within the DeXe DAO Studio, Experts are recognized for their insights, skills, and contributions to the community. They play a pivotal role in guiding the DAO's decisions, offering advice, and providing solutions to complex challenges. Experts are integral to the meritocratic model of DeXe, ensuring that decisions are informed, strategic, and beneficial to the entire community.

Member

Members are the lifeblood of any DAO, and in the DeXe ecosystem, they hold significant power and responsibility. Every individual holding the $DEXE token automatically becomes a DeXe DAO member. Members participate in the collective decision making process, propose ideas, vote on initiatives, and contribute to the growth and success of the DAO. In the DeXe DAO Studio, every member's voice matters, and their active participation is rewarded. Whether you're a seasoned crypto enthusiast or a newcomer to the decentralized world, as a member, you have the opportunity to shape the future of the DeXe DAO Studio.
